My Brain says "Stop Overworking" but Heart says "Keep Going" Last week, I had a hectic journey (7 flights & 4 days; around 29 hours of flying). Finally, landed safely at Mandalay airport but real trouble starts now. Got headache; soar throat, body pain and fever. The above experience motivated me of writing this piece of blog/article. My brain always says and requests to me: "Dr Sinha, please stop overworking" but my heart says: "Dr Sinha, never stop working, continuous work is your life". My heart knows that I love working; love helping others in learning and research based activities. It says that working keeps me happy and I too feel that whenever I am engaged with huge number of activities, related to teaching, research and other quality improvement initiatives; I get immense happiness.
