My Brain says "Stop Overworking" but Heart says "Keep Going"    Last week, I had a hectic journey (7 flights & 4 days; around 29 hours of flying). Finally, landed safely at Mandalay airport but real trouble starts now. Got headache; soar throat, body pain and fever.    The above experience motivated me of writing this piece of blog/article. My brain always says and requests to me: "Dr Sinha, please stop overworking" but my heart says: "Dr Sinha, never stop working, continuous work is your life". My heart knows that I love working; love helping others in learning and research based activities. I wish I could meet her! (I wish I could meet Daw Aung San Suu Kyi (DASSK)) (I heard about the great lady, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi when I was about to enter into my undergraduate studies. She influenced my life to great extent and hence she has been one of constant sources of inspiration. I dreamt always meeting her and getting her blessings. Now, I am landed finally at Mandalay Myanmar for MIIT work and I still do wish I could meet her. I never thought of coming here and working for cute, humble and honest students of great nation Myanmar but I am doing it now and I strongly believe that I can meet her through my feelings/regards.) I wish I could meet her... She is no other than her Excellency Daw Aung San Suu Kyi…. I was studying, I knew about her When Nobel Prize for piece in 1991 was conferred upon the majesty… She (Daw Aung San Suu Kyi [DASSK]) is role model for millions…. शिक्षा का   गुणवत्ता निर्धारण एक निरंतर प्रक्रिया है , न की एक घटना (डॉ जी आर सिन्हा , प्रोफेसर म्यांमार इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ इनफार्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी मांडले म्यांमार)            शिक्षा या शिक्षण संस्थानों में गुणवत्ता का महत्त्व समझने की जरुरत है।   हमें यह जानने की जरुरत है की दुनिया की श्रेष्ठ २० या ३० शिक्षण संस्थानों या विश्वविद्यालयों में   हमारा कोई स्थान क्यों नहीं है , या फिर हम इसे छत्तीसगढ़ के सन्दर्भ में देखें तो यहां पर भी ऐसे संस्थानों का क्यों आभाव है जो दुनिया के उच्चतम १०० संसथानो में अपना नाम अंकित करा सके।   यदि हम यह पता लगाएं की विश्व के श्रेष्ट शिक्षण संस्थानों का अध्ययन करें तो हमें पता चलेगा की इनमे से अधिकतर निजी संस्थाएं है , इसका मतलब यह बिलकुल नहीं है की दुनिया में श्रेष्ठम होने के लिए केवल सरकारी संसथान होना जरुरी है।   आप...
