Academic Audit, a step towards Academic Excellence!

Academic Audit, a brilliant step towards Academic Excellence! I witnessed an academic Audit department, separately functioning in maintaining the academic norms and standards. If this audit is done all across the country, the academic  quality shall be improved significantly. I know few states having this audit system wherein institutes are regularly inspected and monitored whether all academic resources such as faculty and labs are present as per norms or not. Many stakeholders may not appreciate this but in long run, academic Excellence would be achieved.

The Best Revenge is Massive Success!

The Best Revenge is Massive Success!     Today, I received a video message via Whats-app from one of my well wishers who is great devotee of Sri Satya Sai. I must thank my well wisher for the wonderful message which is about Steven Spielberg, who is said to be most successful and highest earning film director. The message ended with a brilliant message: "The Best Revenge is Massive Success!".  The lines could be taken as inspiring or motivating phrase for all young minds and all those aspiring to do something great in their life but beyond this, the message carries huge significance. I believe that small component or essence of Mr Steven lives in many many persons, who are rejected like Steven but these persons do wonders after certain years. One should patiently continue doing his honest and good work then no one can stop him or her getting mammoth success after sometime.  We should never care about what others think about us; even we are rejected by persons or organisa

Everyone has Third Eye!

Everyone has Third Eye! The Lord Shiva is said to have Third Eye as per Hindu mythology and belief. I agree with this belief, rather I also believe that THIRD Eye is with every individual. Let me put the simple belief this way: We have Two Eyes with which We can see the External World, people; objects; and everything. We should not forget that Blind people who are most respected people in the society, in fact, they deserve much appreciation since they could do and experience the world without the Two Eyes.  One thing that is common in Blind as well as common persons, that is THIRD Eye. We as well as blind person experience, introspect, perceive and analyse the eternal things which is truly internal. Especially, when we use the THIRD eye which actually acts as Mirror wherein we can see our actions; results thereof; review of all the actions; positive or negative acts or things; and so on and therefore THIRD EYE can be used in introspecting and correcting oneself to become good h
“Essence of Rakshabandhan lies in Safety, Responsibilities and Duties”        “Rakshabandhan” is great and auspicious festival for all, celebrated all across India and even outside India. Generally, we see this Festival as the celebration for brothers and sisters which is of course true. Sisters tie “Rakhi” on wrist of their brothers and offer sweets; brothers ensure their sisters safety, happiness and many more in return. Our sisters go to border to tie “Rakhis” to brave soldiers and all our security personal. This is the most important significance of the festival for all Indians.   Let us see broader significance of the festival. Can we not tie “Rakhi” on our wrist that guarantees safety of all; respect to all; love to all; honest duties and responsibilities to oneself and the whole nation. In simple words, it can be explained as follows: Parents can Tie a Rakhi: Parents can tie Rakhi, a bond of love, care, affection, Good human values to their children. Parents h

“I know What I do not Know is Key to Success”        There are two important phrases, namely “ I know” and “I do not know ”. If these two phrases or sentences are grouped together then it results four different possible combinations:  “ I know what I do not know ”; “ I know what I know ”; “ I do not know what I know ”; and “ I do not know what I do not know ”. Let us enlighten these very important combinations: §   I know what I do not know: This is most important among all four important sentences. If I know what I do not know, gives me feedback what needs to be improved in me. The feedback of oneself is like a mirror where we ourselves truly and whenever we find any pimple or same on our face we do not ignore it; we try to remove or cure it. We need to know and identify what is weakness in us then only we can take corrective measures to win over or overcome the weaknesses. Knowing about what we do not know has two dimensions, namely we do not know about something which is no
