Old days success mantra was "do Hard Work"
Nowadays, the mantra is "do Smart Work"
Hard work has been always good and result oriented
Smart work sets smart goals and results sustainable-outcome-oriented

SMART carries meaning a "Smart"
"S" stands for Specific which makes work focused
"M" infers measurable; "A", achievable
"SMA" directs focused approach
To get Goals achievable and measurable

"R" indicates result-oriented; "T", time-bound
"RT" returns result-tangible
SMART helps to develop "all round"
All round development enables the aims achievable

Hard work involves lot of work but may lack time-management
Smart work is unique in terms of planned execution with time-management
More could be achieved with less effort, if planned smartly
This leaves any barriers of outcome hardly
What makes a work, smart is use of ICT
Empowerment and smart-transformation through ICT

"I" of ICT keeps updated with latest "Information"
This enables acquiring appropriate knowledge
"C" stands for Communication that connects globally
"T" is Technology, enables outreaching global knowledge

Smart work; smart goals; smart objectives; Smartly achieved
Hard work; lack proper planning; Goals hardly achieved
Old mantra of Hard work is obsolete
New Mantra of Smart work is absolute

Be smart not with hard work but with smart work!
