Sell your Dreams, not the Products!

Sell your Dreams, not the Products!

Sell the Dream, not the Products! Beautiful Lines! I got across this very important statement in a wonderful book, "Secrets of Innovation of Steve Jobs".
The great statement is very relevant in everyone's life but this can transform a young guy. Young minds could be transformed into wonders and they can do wonders if observed honestly. How practically this is true, let us try to understand and investigate:
If someone tries to sell any product with brilliant advertisement and publicity. The product may be a thought, physical product, a lecture, a presentation and so on and why-about, how-about of product is not being highlighted properly then the publicity would not have impact for long.
Steve Jobs is not only a name young minds would like to become but most of people would like to be like Steve Jobs; to work and succeed like Steve Jobs; to think and dream like Steve Jobs; to realize the dream and make it true like Steve Jobs; and so on.
So, the name is not very important here; of course mammoth source of inspiration but even BIG stuff is his dreams; his vision; his thoughts; his statements; his influence; his insightful motivation; and many more..that actually could help hundreds; thousands and millions to transform their life to contribute like Steve Jobs.
The President of US and other Big Bosses there, call upon the youth and say that "we need more Jobs", and this is not actually they are calling upon the youth for more employments; rather they symbolize "Steve Jobs" as great icons and established prodigy. If Steve Jobs, as a thought or dream is inculcated in youth then employment(job) would not be scarce stuff.
Swami Vivekananda always used to call upon the youth; the  great Scientist of India (Late Dr APJ Abdul Kalam) always called upon the youth to see BIG dreams, because all that they wanted is "Ignition" begins with BIG dream only. Let us have great beginning. Let us all see BIG dreams! NOT at all small dreams!
Sometimes I personally feel that if I had much bigger dream then I would have been in some other destiny BUT interesting part of my story is my teachers always used to see BIG dreams for me and therefore my DREAM was even BIGGER. Therefore, I am very lucky to have been in teaching profession since it gives me brilliant opportunity for lifelong learning and contributing something worth encouraging; something worth motivating to youth who are my future Steve Jobs; Bill Gates;      APJ Abdul Kalam; and role models for the country and world at large. The simple and very purpose of this blog is to call upon all my dear students; learners; young minds and all other pro-learners/pro-motivated people that "each one of us has infinite potential; let us realize the potential by aligning with our dreams". So, let us begin with Dreams; See Dreams and make others Happy realizing their Dreams come True!
Thanks to my MIIT Library for getting opportunity and get across the wonderful book that inspired me in writing the blog. Thanks Steve Jobs and the author of the book since I bought the idea of this thought from your one great statement. Sell your Dream, not the Product!
